Can I get a price for __ aisle runner?
Pricing for all of our products is available on this website. All you need to do is click on the Products or Enhancements tabs and then the appropriate pictures/links to get pricing. Please do not email or call us for prices that are readily available on the website as we will just direct you to look in the proper place on the site.
Do you have aisle runners that will not move when walked on?
No, we no longer carry non-slip aisle runners. However, if our runners are secured properly, they should not move in most circumstances. We can special order non-slip aisle runners if necessary.
Can I receive samples of your fabrics?

When can I expect to receive my order?
All hand-painted items have a three month waiting period after we receive payment, PLUS shipping time. This is an approximate date and can vary slightly depending upon our current work load. We will try our best to get the order completed by the date on your receipt, but sometimes it will vary a few days. If your item is needed sooner, rush service will be required for an additional fee.
Once the product is completed, you will receive an emailed photo and the item will be shipped shortly thereafter. Please note – this means that your item will be finished within three months but will not necessarily be shipped within that time frame. We ship once we receive your approval after the emailed photograph of the finished product is sent. If there is a delay in response, that will postpone shipment and receipt time.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, but rush orders cannot always be accommodated. Rush service charges are as follows:
Event is between 2 and 3 months from today’s date – $50
Event is between 1 and 2 months from today’s date – $100
Event is less than 1 month from today’s date – $150
Event is less than 2 weeks from today’s date – $200

How much is shipping?
Aisle runners: $25
All other products: $10
Products with ribbon border or nonslip backing: Add $5
Do you ship to foreign countries?
Yes, we do. Please {email us} for a custom shipping quote. Please note, Customized Wedding Creations does NOT pay customs duties. You will be responsible for this upon receipt of the item. We do not know what customs will charge as charges vary based on the cost of the item and the location to which it is being shipped. Also note, you must allow for longer shipping periods for all foreign shipments. A good rule of thumb is to allow at least one month from the time it is shipped until the time you receive it.
Do you offer refunds if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
Due to the fact that our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns on any items unless a grave error has been made on our behalf. Please keep in mind that our products are hand-painted and may not appear exactly as shown in the proof. Though we will try our best, often times finished products do vary slightly from the proofs. If a mistake has been made (wrong names painted, wrong color, dark, stray marks, etc.), please contact us. You will be required to return the item to us before any money is refunded.
All runners are ordered specifically for each client, so if a fabric change is requested prior to work being completed, we will have to charge for a new runner. Additionally, orders canceled after the 48 hour cancellation period will not receive a refund in full as the materials will already have been purchased for the order. This means that if an order is canceled after 48 hours, only partial refunds are available for non-material items. For example, if you order a customized aisle runner, after 48 hours you would only be able to receive a refund on the customization, not the aisle runner.
Please bear in mind when choosing any of your colors (fabric, paint, parasol, ribbon, glitter, etc.) that all monitors show colors differently. If you are looking for an exact color match, you MUST send us a physical swatch for comparison. Otherwise, we will not refund money due to inaccurate color choice.
How can I secure my aisle runner?
If you are using your fabric aisle runner indoors, you can use double-sided tape or masking tape to secure it to the floor. If on carpeting, you can also use floral pins (longer length) to secure it to the carpet. If outside, you can use lawn stakes as well as heavy objects to secure it. This is especially true due to wind. Non-slip aisle runners only have to have heavy objects placed on them if used outside. We cannot be responsible for any hazards you may encounter using an aisle runner.
Can I see a sample design with my information before I order?
Unfortunately, no. We only create logos once we receive payment in full. Logos are generally designed on weekends, or within seven days of your purchase.
I already have a logo designed. Can you use it?
We certainly can. Please {email us} prior to checkout so we can inform you of the appropriate pricing.
How can I be sure to get the paint colors I want?
We can paint in any color you would like. If your color is not a specific shade of a color, then just tell us the color you are looking for. If you want an exact color match, please send us a fabric swatch to ensure a match. Online images are not recommended or guaranteed as colors vary from screen to screen.
