How long is your waiting period? TOP
Due to the popularity of our products, we currently have a two month waiting period on all custom orders. This does not apply to blank aisle runners. If your event is less than two months away, we can still fill your order but rush fees will apply. Please contact us for more information.

How much is shipping? TOP
Shipping is calculated automatically in the shopping cart. Aisle runners and designer photo backdrops ship for $25. All other products ship for $10. Ribbon border added to a product increases the shipping amount by $5 to account for the added weight.
If we are shipping to a foreign country, additional charges will apply. Contact us for international pricing as it varies from product to product and country to country. Customs charges are the customer's responsibility as we do not know what your country will charge.
Do you ship to foreign countries? TOP
Yes, we do. Please email us for a custom shipping quote. Please note, Customized Wedding Creations does NOT pay customs duties. You will be responsible for this upon receipt of the item. We do not know what customs will charge as charges vary based on the cost of the item and the location to which it is being shipped. Also note, you must allow for longer shipping periods for all foreign shipments. A good rule of thumb is to allow at least one month from the time it is shipped until the time you receive it.

Do you offer refunds if I am not satisfied with my purchase? TOP
Blank Aisle Runners
We do not offer refunds of any sort on blank aisle runners purchased from us. All aisle runners are custom cut for each client from larger pieces of fabric. This means that blank items are still considered custom-made as they are custom cut for you. If you are looking for a color match, you must request a fabric swatch prior to purchase to ensure you receive the color you prefer because all monitors show colors differently. No refunds will be made on any purchases because of inaccurate color choice. By placing an order on our site, you agree to these terms.
Customized/Hand-Painted Items
Due to the fact that our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns on any items unless and error has been made on our behalf. In order to process refunds on defective custom items, please contact us. You will be required to return the item to us before any money is refunded. You must notify us of any issues within one week of the event date.
Though we try our best to create our hand-painted products to mirror the proof you are sent, there are always differences between the proof and the actual product. Our products are painted by hand which, of course, leads to variations from the computer-generated images. By placing an order with our site, you agree to the possibility of differences.
All products are ordered specifically for each client, so if a fabric change (length, color, type, etc.) is requested prior to work being completed, we will have to charge for the new fabric. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the fact that no material changes can be without charge made after payment is received. This means that if an order is cancelled after payment has been received, only partial refunds are available for non-material items. For example, if you order a customized aisle runner, you would only be able to receive a refund on the customization, not the aisle runner.
Please bear in mind when choosing any of your colors (fabric, paint, parasol, ribbon, glitter, etc.) that all monitors show colors differently. If you are looking for an exact color match, you MUST send us a physical swatch for comparison or request a fabric swatch be sent to you. Otherwise, we will not refund money due to inaccurate color choice.
Do you offer samples of your fabrics? TOP
Yes, please email us to request swatches. Please note, we only offer swatches of our fabrics, not paint colors. We are also unable to offer swatches for ribbon. However, we will gladly match to your swatch if sent to us.
How can I secure my aisle runner? TOP
If you are using your fabric aisle runner indoors, you can use double-sided tape or masking tape to secure it to the floor. If on carpeting, you can also use floral pins (longer length) to secure it to the carpet. If outside, you can use lawn stakes as well as heavy objects to secure it. This is especially true due to wind. Non-slip aisle runners only have to have heavy objects placed on them if used outside. We cannot be responsible for any hazards you may encounter using an aisle runner.
Do I get to see a proof? TOP
Yes, all custom orders come standard with proof design. Proofs are not designed until after payment has been received, usually within one week. We offer unlimited proof revisions on most of our designs to ensure you receive exactly what you want. Only DeLovely logos have limitations - up to two revisions at no charge. Additional revisions are $10.
I already have a monogram designed, can you use it? TOP
Almost always the answer is yes. However, we require that you email us the design prior to purchase to ensure we are able to use it and what we would charge.
How can I be sure to get the paint colors I want? TOP
We can paint in any color you would like. We offer standard paint colors if you do not require an exact match. However, if you want to ensure the paint color matches as closely as possible, you must send us a swatch for color matching. If you choose not to send a swatch, then we cannot be held responsible for exact color matches. Though we do try our best to match as closely as possible, we are not always able to get a 100% match, especially when tiny fabric samples are sent or there is an iridescent or flip flop shade.
