If you haven’t heard of Julianne Smith by now, you really need to crawl out from under that rock! Juli makes some of the cutest wedding garters and is and awesome industry friend to have. I owe her a lot and one of the ways I was able to repay her for all that she has done for me this past year was to hand-paint a custom table drape for her table at Indie Wed held on January 30th in Chicago. As you can see, our custom table drapes aren’t only for weddings because you can have your logo or business name hand-painted onto the table drape. They make great presentation accessories for wedding shows, trade shows, and much more. If you’re interested in obtaining a custom, hand-painted table drape with your logo or company’s name, please email us for a price quote or order right on the site. Mention JSDRAPE in the coupon section of the order form and we’ll give you 10% off (this applies to business table drapes only).

Just an update on the parasols we’re offering – for the time being, we are only going to offer white parasols. I’m just not happy with the way the colored parasols are working out lately, so I’m in the process of coming up with new ideas for them. I think I may have nailed it down, enabling us to offer even more colors, but I want to be certain before I put it out there. So, until further notice, you can only purchase white parasols to be customized. If you absolutely must have a colored parasol, email me and we can discuss possibilities. Sorry for the inconvenience.
So it’s no secret that I’m running this little business-o-mine while still working full-time as a Spanish teacher at a local high school here in NJ. It might not be as well known that my “studio” is actually the third floor of my house converted into a work area for me by my loving hubby. A couple of months ago I had the very talented Danielle of Danielle Hopkins Photography out to take a few shots of me while at work in the studio and a few of the studio itself. I just love how they turned out – Danielle really got some great shots and I’m happy to share the with you today. I hope you enjoy as much as I did!
Where the work gets done and behind that, the storage area.
The storage area almost empty - now it's overflowing with runners!
Wish this cabinet was still as clean today!
Sometimes aisle runner goof-ups make great wall hangings...go figure!

 Some recent press.
 Where it all started...
The awesome CW logo from www.ten23designs.com - thanks, Lauren!
A couple of aisle runners drying...
This is just a cool shot of our biz card on my first press hit in a major mag (Southern Weddings).
Love it when clients send us pictures!
And, finally, me and my blue nails painting an aisle runner. Yes, I'm really painting it - putting on a second coat of white paint.
I hope you enjoyed the little view of my studio and I can’t thank Danielle enough! If you’re in the NJ area, be sure to check out Danielle Hopkins Photography for a top notch wedding photography studio.

Instead of something blue, go green…with one of our new Eco-runners™ made from melted down plastic bottles and painted with water-based paints free from chemicals and solvents. They’re a great way to go green!
We’re currently giving one away on the Weddingbee blog! I am beyond excited to tell you all about our new eco-runners™ line, the first-ever eco-friendly aisle runner collection brought to you by Customized Wedding Creations. I’ve been working on this for what seems like forever (well, probably about a year) and today I can finally give you all the details!

Living in a world where becoming ec0-conscious and going green is a must, it’s important to remember to carry through that concept not only in your daily life, but also in those bigger events in your life, such as your wedding. You’re able to order all kinds of eco-friendly items for your wedding these days such as this and this, and you’re even able to get all kinds of information about green weddings from sites such as this. Sooooo, why stop at the aisle runner? Until today the word eco-friendly didn’t exist in terms of aisle runner decor. But now, we’ve got it, the first-ever eco-friendly aisle runner collection, eco-runners™.

Eco-runners™ are completely customizable using all-natural products and organic paints. Made from melted down plastic bottles, this aisle runner is 100% recycled polyester and is painted with water-based paints free from chemicals and solvents. No harmful dyes or chemicals here. The best part, you’d never know this aisle runner is recycled fabric. It looks and feels just like our standard fabric aisle runners!

When we first began working on this idea, I was afraid we’d only be able to offer these aisle runners in one color. Now, there’s nothing wrong with that, but you know we like to give our clients as many choices as possible. Colored aisle runners are a big trend these days because they really make your aisle pop with a dramatic statement of color. So, in developing this new line, I really wanted to offer the new eco-runners™ in color as well. Not only did we come up with more than one color eco-friendly aisle runner, but instead six: white, black, royal blue, burgundy, hunter green, and red. Now that’s definitely better than a standard white runner! Not only are we able to offer our eco-runners™ in six colors, but also two widths, 36″ and 45″, just like our standard fabric aisle runners.

However, if the traditional white aisle runner is more your taste, we’re also happy to offer your choice of 13 standard paint colors to really show off your wedding logo. These 13 standard paint colors can also be mixed together to create oodles more paint color combinations. Each of our eco-runners™ comes standard with your choice of up to two eco-friendly paint colors.

As with all of our aisle runner collections, each of our eco-runners™ comes with unlimited proof revision until you’re completely happy with the design we will paint for you.

Now you ask, which designs can I choose for these eco-runners™? That’s the best part, we can paint most of our already existing logo collections onto the eco-runners™! Visit our Logo Designs page and choose a design from the Essential Collection, Traditional Collection, Decorative Collection, or Seasonal Collection. We can even include your pre-designed logo or a special custom logo we make for you.

But don’t stop there! We can even include some of our optional enhancements on our eco-runners™ such as condensed phrases, spaced out phrases, and monogram outlining. All of these offerings are 100% eco-friendly, so we’re easily able to carry them over to our eco-runners™.

At Customized Wedding Creations, we’re all about bringing as many options to the table as possible for our clients. So now we have a brand new option that no one else has been able to offer until now!

Be sure to leave us a comment and tell us what you think of our new eco-runners™ line.

Who would have thought we’d get two different mentions in one day? Not me…but boy am I happy! Earlier today we found out that Lauren over at Every Last Detail blogged about us and I just found out that Amber, our beautiful bride from Wednesday’s Real Wedding feature is the Knottie of the Week and was featured on The Knot Live (at the very end of the video). Her wedding was absolutely stunning and we even got to see images of the custom aisle runner we painted for the happy couple. Amber was nice enough to mention us as well. What great clients we have! For a very inspiring and beautiful wedding with more images than I posted, be sure to check out the video.
And, don’t forget, keep your eyes peeled Monday for our big announcement!

Be sure to check out Every Last Detail Blog today – we’re on it! What a surprise and Lauren is so sweet to include us in her daily musings. Thanks so much, Lauren!
Don’t forget to stop back here on Monday for our BIG announcement!!
