Bride Stephanie came to us late last night with an emergency request for an aisle runner, very last minute. Normally we would charge $150 in rush fees alone to accommodate the order, but because we were able to finish a runner earlier than anticipated, we were able to accept her late order with NO rush fees. Of course I can’t say we can do this all the time, BUT, lesson learned: just ask. Be nice to us, perhaps offer to have your photographer get some great shots of the runner, and we’ll definitely see what we can do.
